“ Intelligent control ”

13、 Overload full load detection :

When the passenger or the load exceeds the rated load of the elevator, the buzzer in the car will sound a warning sound and keep the elevator door open to avoid the danger of the elevator due to overloading. The system can be equipped with a weighing sensor to automatically determine the number of passengers in the car. If the load exceeds 80%, the elevator will not accept the call from the airport and will automatically pass through without stopping to avoid adding invalid running stops.

14、 Level automatic correction :

When the deviation from the ground level is greater than 1.5 cm due to the change of the load of the carriage and the extension of the steel cable, the system can automatically make fine adjustments and corrections.

15、 Arrival notification :

When the elevator is about to stop, the floor display will flash and notify passengers with an electronic bell.

Customers can also choose a "Voice Announcer" to facilitate the use of the elevator by the disabled.

16、 PARK Shutdown operation :

In commercial buildings, when the elevator management needs to stop at night or on holidays, the key switch (or computer monitoring) is used to control the elevator to return to the main floor, stop running and automatically turn off the lighting and fans.

17、 Light fan automatically shuts off :

When the elevator is not in use within the set time, the lighting and fan in the car will be automatically turned off to save electricity.

18、 Dedicated (VIP) Service :

After the dedicated (VIP) service is activated, the elevator will go directly to the VIP floor and wait for the door, providing priority service for VIPs. The display on each floor shows "dedicated", the elevator does not serve the calls of other floors temporarily, if the elevator is not used for more than 30 seconds, the elevator will automatically return to the general use state.。

19、 Special floor control :

When some floors of the elevator need to be controlled in and out, the key switch or preset specific time (or computer monitoring) can be used to suspend the service of a specific floor.(You can also purchase a credit card machine for control)

20、 Time-sharing tiered service :

In the case where multiple elevators are connected in series, the service of some floors can be preset to be cut off within a specific time, so that the elevators can concentrate on serving the floors with higher passenger capacity.

21、 Dot matrix LED display :

The 16x24 dot matrix LED display can display information in simple and easy-to-understand Chinese (or English) when the elevator is in failure, maintenance, full-load, dedicated, and fire-fighting situations to inform passengers waiting on the floor and understand the operation of the elevator. state.

22、 MIB computer monitoring :

In the management room, a PC computer is used to monitor the running status of all elevators in real time. If there is a fault or abnormality, the elevator screen will display a red warning and fault content, and an alarm sound will be issued to notify the management personnel, and the abnormal information detected will be sent. Instant record archiving as reference data for customers or elevator maintenance personnel to diagnose elevators. The detailed operation status of each elevator is displayed synchronously with dynamic graphics, such as elevator status, control status, fault information, car position, door opening and closing status, and car call status on each floor. “ Energy saving and carbon reduction ”

23、 PM Synchronous Motor Control :

24、 AFE power regeneration device :

When the variable frequency elevator decelerates and brakes, the electric energy fed back by the motor in the form of power generation is consumed by the way of generating heat energy by the power resistor. High-tech energy regeneration technology can feed back electricity to the building grid for other equipment to use. This system can save about 25~40% of energy. Most of the heat source of the elevator machine room comes from the power resistor. After installing the power regeneration device (hereinafter referred to as AFE), the resistor does not generate heat, and it also reduces the power consumption of the machine room exhaust fan or air conditioner.

The energy saving chart in the following example uses the old building as a general AC stepless motor, and the power consumption is calculated as 100%.
